How to use Play Audible Audiobooks on Mac? (2 ways)

Audible has not provided an official MAC app – so you need to use itunes.

1. Use Audible Online Cloud Player

Audible.com lets you stream your Audiobooks online using the service called Audible Cloud Player.

To use the Cloud Player:

  • Go to your Audible.com website
  • Next, go to your Audible library
  • Click the Play button to Steam on the Cloud player

2. Download Audible Books via iTunes

If you dont have an Audible.com Audiobook Membership – then sign up for a Free Trial

During your free trial, you can buy 1 audiobook for free.

Go to your Library page on the Audible.com online

Click Download Button next to the audiobook you’d like to download.

The download Audiobook will be in the Audiobooks section of iTunes.

During the first time downloading to your Mac, you will need to authrize your Audible.com Account.
